Return Policy

By law, you may cancel your order without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to terminate the contract through an unequivocal statement (email or letter) to the Linde Saúde Store Customer Support, via email at lindesaude.loja@linde.com or by sending it to the following address: Rua da Lionesa nº446, spaces C2 and C4, 4465-671 Leça do Balio, Portugal. You must also send the completed Return Request Form and a signed copy of the delivery note and/or purchase invoice.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires, which begins from the moment the product is received.
The product(s) must be in perfect condition, namely complete, in the same condition in which they were sold, without signs of improper use, in their original packaging and in good condition, including the instruction manual and all accessories that are part of the product.
In the event of withdrawal on your part, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs if they were charged based on the order value. This amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Not subject to the right of withdrawal:

 

  • Consumable or disposable products, such as masks, filters, tubes, nasal cannulas, humidifiers.
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Promotional packs and bundles that include masks, filters, tubes, batteries, and other consumables.
  • External batteries for Auto-CPAP devices and oxygen concentrators.
  • Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Oxygen therapy equipment, with or without battery.
  • Auto-CPAP and CPAP devices, with or without battery.

 

In any case, it is specified in the product description when an item cannot be returned.
