The ResMed AirSense™ 11 AutoSet is equipped with a highly sensitive, future-oriented sensor system and detects even the finest changes in respiratory flow.

The integrated AutoSet and AutoSet-for-Her algorithms continuously and fully automatically adjust the therapy pressure breath by breath. This gives you the certainty that even if your sleeping position or irregular breathing patterns change, your therapy pressure values are regulated fully automatically and precisely.

A major milestone in increasing therapy acceptance is the fundamentally renewed device design.

The AirSense 11 has a clear, intuitive touchscreen display that makes the menu accessible even for technically inexperienced relatives or elderly patients. The integrated ResMed myAir app platform gives you access to the Personal Therapy Assistant (PTA) feature, which provides step-by-step guidance and videos to guide you through the settling-in phase. The quiet operation of the motor protects the nightly rest phase in the shared living or sleeping area, while the integrated exhalation relief (EPR) ensures a natural, physiological breathing sensation by gently lowering the back pressure when exhaling.

The seamless digital networking via mobile communications or Bluetooth also enables transparent monitoring and facilitates continuous care documentation.

This device is intended for use on prescription only. Its settings must be determined by a qualified healthcare professional.

How to Use

1. Place the AirSense 11 AutoSet on a flat, solid surface and connect the power cord to the back.

2. Connect the breathing tube tightly to the designated port on the back of the therapy device.

3. Securely connect the other end of the tube to the knee or connector piece of your customized CPAP mask.

4. Put on the mask as prescribed and tap "Start" on the touchscreen (or use the automatic start-stop function by breathing).

5. Activate the mask fit check in the menu to visually confirm correct, leak-free placement before falling asleep.

Important Tips

  • Daily hose check: After use, hang the breathing hose upright so that condensation can drain off completely
  • Filter visual inspection: Check the inserted air filter every two weeks for gray discoloration or dust deposits
  • Use mask fit function: Always start the mask test before sleeping to avoid nighttime leakage and eye irritation
  • Safe stand: Always place the flat device slightly below head height to minimise pull on the hose
  • Dust-free cleaning: Wipe the housing and touchscreen only with a slightly damp, lint-free microfiber cloth without harsh cleaners
  • Check app synchronization: Leave the device connected to the mains so that the therapy data can be transmitted flawlessly via mobile communications in the morning
