What is the difference between a Lung Trainer and a Nebulizer?

A Lung Trainer is a mechanical device used to support inspiratory muscle training through resistance. A Nebulizer is a device used to convert liquid medication into a fine mist for inhalation into the lungs.
How do I know if a replacement filter will fit my device?

Most of our inhalation devices and trainers use a universal 22mm connector. Check the "Compatibility" section on the product page to match your specific model.
Are respiratory training devices covered by insurance?

Coverage varies by provider and plan. While these are wellness and fitness tools, we recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if they reimburse for "Respiratory Therapy Equipment."
Why can't I return a mask or mouthpiece after opening it?

For the safety of all our customers, respiratory products that come into contact with the breath or mouth are considered "Hygiene Sensitive" and cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How do I troubleshoot a battery that won't charge?

Ensure you are using the original product-specific charger. Check the charging port for debris and ensure the connection is firm. If the device has been stored empty for months, it may require a longer "recovery" charge.
Is it safe to share my respiratory trainer with a family member?

We strongly recommend individual devices for hygiene reasons. If sharing is necessary, a fresh, high-efficiency bacterial filter and a separate mouthpiece must be used for each person.
Do I need a prescription to buy items in this category?
